Help! .. images no longer embed into emails!

I have been doing email campaigns for a while now with no problems, now when i try to embed and image the paperclip is not clickable! ...

Also the emails are starting to come through with different size text etc into outlook after i do a test!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Im currently using Sugar CE 5.5
