Help for imminent Sugar CRM buyer please

Can anyone help please as i am unable to get a definative answer from my uk Sugar reseller.

I need a CRM system for my business that has a true background fully automated workflow process. One of the processes i need is to have the system look for customers who have a specific next contact date, pick up an email template, send it, make a note in the history of that customer and post a future next contact date where it will repeat the same process.

I need it to perform this function fully automatically after setting up a workflow process.

Will this system do this? We have an e-commerce business and need some true marketing automation.

Your help or comments would be appreciated.

The system itself cannot do this, so you need some custom code.
The complexity of the whole workflow defines the implementation costs of this custom code.
