I am new to Sugar, but it looks like a great tool.
I have created a php file from a previous version for IMPORT into 4.5, but it is unclear which SOURCE radio button Ineed to select (e.g. Act 2005!, Comma Delimited, Tad Deliminted, etc.) I was expecting to see a choice for a previous version of Sugar or php.

Note: The company I am working for populated a web-based (older) version of Sugar that is now inactive, and I need to EXPORT the records to the new (DESKTOP/4.5) version of the software.

So, bottom line: How do I globally EXPORT/IMPORT records from a older and inactive version of Sugar to the most current version using the provided (see manual p93) utility?

I would appreciate any insight.
