    Default Help with lead assignment and calendar conversion

    I want to have it where I can add a blank field for "Rep" (sales person) and assign a lead to a rep that i enter in the filed...to the point where the other sales people wont be able to see that lead.

    I also would like it where in the lead form i have placed a calendar for call back and when you enter a date, i want it to automatically go to that users calendar.

    Is this possible?
