Help make a planification task

I'm trying to planificate a task with accounts module.
The clients I have in this module have a contract expiration date and I need to receive an email 1 or 2 months before it expires. How can I program this?
Can anyboday help please!!!!

Hello,

3 possibilities :
- If you use PRO version, use the workflow module.
- If you use CE version, then you will have to Schedule an appointment (or call) with an alert (Pop-Up) when connected to Sugar but it is not possible to get an email.
- Developp or use a CE module !
