    Default help me to associate a group mail account with the group folder

    I've just setting inbound email to automatically create cases. I followed this guide. A case has been create from inbound email, but its only going into the INBOX email of admin. So, I confuse how to set the email going into the group folder that i can create by follow this this link. In other hand, I've read the from that article. "However, in order to automatically import emails into Sugar and route them to a Group folder, you must associate a Group mail account with the Group folder."
    My problem is : by following this article , i can find the feature in point 3. There are no feature to "Add this folder to" and "Assign to team".
    I use sugarcrm community edition, version 5.5.0.
    does the team management like that only found in professional edition?
    I've read this article : " Group folders are folders that can be accessed by multiple users. Only admin users can create group folders. When group folders are created they are assigned a team. This assigned team controls what users have access to the folder. For example, a group folder assigned to the Global team will be accessible to all users." from this link.

    if so, could anyone help me to associate a group mail account with the group folder? so, i can set the user/group that can access the folder that I've set before.

    Hello,
    Yes, the Teams feature is available only in Enterprise and Professional. In Sugar CE, the Group folder is available to all users. It appears that you have been referring to the 5.2 Sugar Professional guide instead of the 5.5 Sugar Community Edition guide. Here is the link to 5.5. CE doc:

    When you create a Group mail account, you can select an existing Group folder from the "Assign to Group Folder" drop-down list. Or, click "Create" to create a new folder. When you save the account, it is automatically associated with the folder. The folder is then listed in the Emails module under Settings > Folders. Users have to select (highlight) it in the Settings > Folders tab in order to view it.

    The Knowledge Base articles you are referring to have been updated to make it clear that Teams is a Enterprise/Professional feature.

    i didnt have this option to assign the mail folder to a group if i set up a new "group mail account" as you can see in the attachement ...

    I´m using sugar Version 5.5.1 (Build 1202) Communitiy Edition

    The additional fields will only be visible after you check the "create case from email" option...

    but there still is no field to selcet a group folder or to create one even if i select case from e-mail

    As soon as you create a mailbox here a group folder is automatically added to your personal folders. It can be deactivated here (see picture). The English manual may not be up to date...

    OK thank you! You are right! BUT:

    i have allready done this as you can see below - and i can´t see the inbox ayway! No Mails and in several user accounts i cant see the Inbox-Folder "DELUX - zabawki" as well

    Do i have to create the folders manually by left cklicking the folder in the inbox?

    - have done this (i created the folder test and selected it in the "mail seetings menu" but now the folder "DELUX - zabawki" dissapeared and as you can see there is no more folder icon anly a text "Home"

    You must have a private account, otherwise the group account isn't accessible.

    ok i see. I have now a tree like you can see below. The Problem is now i cant see any mails in the Group - Folder (Be sure - there are enough in the mailbox!)

    If I Check for new Mail manualy -> without effect (but i selected the "check for new mail automaticaly" option

    The mailbox management seems to mee a little odd

    It's much better than it was but still not logical. Since emails in group folders are imported automatically you'll find them most likely in your mailbox "My Emails" or in one of your colleagues (there is a distribution method which is not very transparent).
    It seems as if mails which end up in a group folder that does NOT create cases stay there (in the group folder).
