Help with meetings please

Hi, I am new in Sugar CRM, but I need make meetings only for some users, not for all,

that only some users can see the meetings, calls, tasks... etc... not all the users... is possible ?
How a can do this.

Are you wanting to restrict them from accessing the functionality so they cannot schedule an activity? If so, you could remove the tab for the corresponding module.

If your intention is to prevent certain users from seeing activities of other users, you should be able to accomplish that via the usage of security Roles.
