HELP!! Move working Sugar from Ubuntu to Windows 7 Ultimate

Our Ubuntu system houses our SugarCRM through IIS services on a local IP address inside our network. Because of a compatibility issue with our backup vault data center, they cannot guarantee the data being backed up from the Ubuntu system and it is not protected in our contract with them. So, I need to move the entire working SugarCRM system to a new Windows 7 Ultimate system. I am a Windows guy but have limited experience with Linux based systems. Anyone know the details of how this could be done?

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, what you need is to migrate your Sugar from one server to another, right?? i have a few questions for you also;

What version/distribution of sugar are you using?
Which database engine (MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle)?
Is your Sugar an On-Site deployment?
do you have access to both servers (PHP & Database)?
