Help-need to restore links to edit contact info

I just rearranged the field layout for the Contact List. Prior to this change when I clicked on the name of the contact after I did a search I could automaticaly be taken to the contact entry so that I could view all details and edit the contact information if required. This link is no longer there. I can view the search results but I can no longer select any onf them and have no way of going to the contacts details.

Please help... version 4.2!

Also if anyone knows how to change the field width that would be helpful as well (I have some that are extremely narrow that rquire ore space and some that are extremely long that do not need that amount of space.

Hello,

If you have file custom/modules/Contacts/metadata/listviewdefs.php try adding following line of code

 'link' => true, 
  

You can find the option to change the width of field in the same file.

Thanks for the reply! It appears I only have access to the html files this is the closest match:

modules/Contacts/listview.html

Is there a way to change it from there or how can I view the php files?
