Hey i wonder if anyone here can please assist me. ! I was wondering if someone can help me make it easier for my call lady.

This is what happens. We have 2000 Accounts on our system. She then has to phone about 50% of them.
She goes to lets say account name : Peter

She scrolls down to the calls sub-panel and then says creates. She fills in the company name and the person who she spoke to and the conversation she had. Then she needs to reschedule for the next month or so, to see if the client has enough stock still. so she goes and creates a new call and fills out the company name and person and then she changes the date so that on the follow up day it will show up for her to phone.

Now the reason why she puts in the company name is that she knows who to phone when she prints out her call list from the calls menu for that day. Is there a way to make this process easier.?

Now i know you can duplicate calls and then just change the date but then it does not appear in the calls sub-panel under accounts ? why is this? also is there a way to add a telephone icon in the calls menu so that she can just click on it from there? instead of having to type in the account number -- scroll down to call sup-panel and then click on the telephone icon there?
