Help Needed - customer fields in Studio

Anybody can help? Thanks.
I am using SugarCRM 5.2.0c, Database PHP3.1.3. OS: Linux.
This issue only happened in Accounts module - when we tried to add a new customer field, the button add filed does not work. When you tried to change existing fields - no matter customer fields or original field, it does not work - the button or the link does not work, system just show error in the buttom.
but it does work on other module such as contacts, call. etc.
We would appreciate any helps on this.

Hi!
If you are using MySQL, install version 4.1.2 or higher to use with Sugar 5.2.
and php 5.1.x or latest one

hi. Just go and download the sugar stack. install on another pc and copy your mysql and sugar files over.
If you are still getting the errors it is sugar related. if you are not getting the errors anymore it is the setup of your php.

Sorry for the wrong configuation. I confirmed it again: OS: GNU/Linux CentOS 5.2, PHP: 5.2.9, Database: Mysql 5.1.32, HTTPD 2.11. SugarCRM: 5.2.0c.

We added these modules: ZukerReports CE 1.11, Teams 0.98.12338. Connector for Google Calendar 1.0.7.

The weird thing is this error only exists in Accounts module, the other module such as calls, Contacts, etc are OK. But we do want to add custom fields on accounts module.

BTW, there is no error message, system did not display the field detail information or add new field form. there is no action after you clicked the button or the links

Thank you for the updated information.
Use Firefox for trying to add a new field and install and enable the Firebug.
When you click on Add Field button a javascript error should be displayed on right bottom corner of screen.
Let us know the error.

Hi Michael

Definitely it is a php error fetched by ajax based javascript.
Have a look at the error_log of apache and check if there is any error related to this line at the tail of this file.
