    Default Help with permissions

I've created a group, and everyone (except admins) currently using Sugar in our office is in that group. The permissions for Customers and Contacts are set to NONE for Delete and Edit. However, ANY user can pull-up an account and remove (rem) a contact from an account, they can also remove cases from an account. How do I prevent this?

I know this is not deleting the contacts or accounts, it's only removing the association, but it's a pain in the butt regardless. Help me stop my users from disassociating things. I think most of the time they are just unaware of where they are; they think they are still looking at a case or something.

    Thanks.

Once again, Teams OS resolves a lot of these concerns.

I'd give that a try. Should take care of things for you.

If there's no way to lock this down using standard Sugar configuration then I'll take a look at the Teams OS module. Thanks for pointing me to this, I'd not seen it before.
