Help with pipeline chart

I have added the "pipeline by sales stage" dashlet to my dashboard and it only shows sales for 2 people. Of these 2 one is in accounting and doesn't do anything with sales and doesn't have anything assigned to them etc. two of our other sales people which have assigned sales show in this persons charted/graphed sales?

Is there a setup screen to assign these functions or something I am missing?
