Hey!
I'm having a bit of a problem here. I downloded the 4.2.1 -> 4.5 patch and went into Sugar to perform the upgrade. After uploading the file and clicking the install button it prompted me to either replace several files which had custom modifications or leave them as is, I told it to overwrite them and clicked 'OK' or 'Continue'. The next screen was an Apache server error saying it did not have permission to access index.php/ ... I didn't make a copy of the error and I can't get back to it.
Now when I go to the SugarCRM URL I get the following error:
Internal Server Error

Please contact the server administrator, robbiea@___.ca and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I made a backup of Sugar and my databases beforehand, but what do I do now? Should I manually copy over the files in the update? Is there any way for me to try and roll back? Dow do I use the backup without the SugarCRM interface. Any support here would be greatly appreciated. I really want to make it to version 4.5 can I upload the full installation and continue as if it were a full installation, and point to the same DB?
Sorry I'm a bit of a newbie at this, so the more detailed your instructions the better.
Thanks for your help in advance!
