I think its not possible to use yahoo mail account to configure Inbound Mail.
Yahoo is not using POP or IMAP protocols supported by Sugar.

Yahoo has plans that make their email addresses downloadable via pop/smtp/pick your favorite protocol. The business email and domain hosting services are specifically pop/smtp. My guess is that you use the following addresses if you have the above:

    mail.bizmail.yahoo.com
    or
    pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
    smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com

If Yahoo debuts the new IMAP/POP3 implementation, and it doesn't work with Sugar, PM some details with a test account and I will see if we can't work some support in there.

However, that being said, I'm pretty confident that as long as they don't diverge too far from the RFCs for either standard, Sugar should be able to import emails just fine. Heck, we got it working with POP3-SSL for Gmail, and that is the *only* implementation that I've ever found that uses that particular mix of technologies.
