HELP Please - Spanish Language Pack install problems

I have downloaded the 4.2.1a language pack for the Spanish Language (EUR) and when installing after clicking the 'commit. button am getting the following error"

Could not copy file /home/<accountname>/public_html/SugarSuite-Full-4.2.1b/cache/upload/upgrades/temp/WCLASd/./jscalendar/lang/calendar-es.js to /home/<accountname>/public_html/SugarSuite-Full-4.2.1b/./jscalendar/lang/calendar-es.js

I have set just about evrything to 777 file permisions and still nothing. I am using 4.2.1b of sugar including the patch.

Any help appreciated.

Linux 2.6.11.7
PHP 5.1.4
MySQL 4.1.19

Does your Apache user have a write permission on the public_html/SugarSuite-Full-4.2.1b directory?

Um... Good question. I honestly don't know. While I am not a noob, there are some things I simply haven't learnt yet.

How would I check? How would I grant such permissions? Does my host have to do anything for me?

Hi,
If you are using a hosted server, please ask the hosting company if the Apache user has a write permission on such directory.

Yeah did that. For some reason the user was set to nobody but that should have still worked. The host has updated the user to be my account name and made sure the permissions are ok. Still have a problem.

The host has said that there is security on the temp directory used, but I do not think this is the problem as the file is uploaded ok, and the failed copy occurs copying from the tmp directory to the sugarsuite installed directory....
