(help) Problem with adding groups

Hi,

need some help. I'm trying to add some new groups in Admin/Configure Group Tabs, but i have some problems. When I change group name and save&publish after, i get "LBL_GROUPTAB1_1179389326" instead of group name I've just entered. So I can add a new group, but I can't name it as I wish. Please help me. What should I do ?
