Help with renaming Cases to something else
Good morning everyone!
I am somewhat new with SugarCRM, and I am looking at how I would rename the "Cases" to "Trouble Tickets" for us.
If anyone knows and can let me know it would be greatly appreciated! I have been looking for a way but yet to find one

To rename the entry on module tab you need to go to Admin -> Rename Tabs.
To rename all entries "Cases" you should need to identify all occurences and create an extended language file for each module.
