    Default Help to resolve Import Error

    Hi,

    while importing contacts from CSV into sugar ,all the fields were imported except campaign field and the following error message is displayed,

    Import Errors Occurred

    NOTICE: [8] Undefined index: rname on line 417 in file D:\......\sugarcrm\modules\Import\ImportFieldSanit ize.php

    I am using sugar community edition 5.2. OS and other server details were given below.

    OS - Windows XP,
    server - Apache2.2.4
    DB server - MyQL server 5.0
    php5

    I have list of campaigns defined for each campaign type exists in the system. (e.g) campaign with name cmp1 of type Telesales etc..

    I had attached the file cache/modules/conatcts/contactsvardefs.php with this mail.

    Any help is much appriciated

    It is a known bug on Sugar and it had been fixed on 5.2.0f.

    IS there a way to work around this? Can I comment out those lines in the ImportFieldSanit ize.php ?
