Hi there.

I have created the web to lead via sugar. worked great, just for one problem.

I have a check box that needs to have a value of yes before it can be submitted? i really do not know how to do this.

Any time you want to do something with forms try a search on Google for things like

well gee thanks josh. Anybody else that can help me, i have tried a few java scripts """from the internet """ already but i am unable to get this right, or maybee disable submit button til accept is clicked

The easy way to do it would be to use radio buttons instead of a checkbox. This way you can have it as a required field and all can be done from studio/module builder.

Thank you for that one. i actually made the submit button dissapear until the checkbox is clicked. but i will test the radio button now
