Help with Targets - Am I Missing Something?

I have just started using targets module so I may be missing it but if not I would like to see in the future a means by which a user can import a target list by csv etc...And make that list isolated. Maybe it exist now.

I know you can import the lists but can you keep those targets to that original list?

For example, I sell aircraft services and I would like to target owners of a specific make & model of aircraft. I get that list and import those targets. I got that much. Now next week I want to import a different list for a different group of targets. The way I uderstand it, when I view targets they all show up together. Is this correct or am I missing something?

I know i can actually create a target list but still when i create the second one i need to be able to select from an independent set of targets that i have imported and not have to pick through thousands of records to find the ones I need on my new list.

Am I missing something?

Maybe I should reword my question.

Can the targets be grouped during import?

Do they get deposited along with other, previously imported, targets

if so can they be filtered to find the last imported set by import time/date?

Any help is appriciated.


My goal is to be able to set up email campaigns for different types of service we offer that goes to different types of customers, aircraft owners, aircraft operators, aircraft manufacturers, aircraft maintennance facilities.
