help ugrading to 4.5.0f

I have the Sugar Suite Open Source 4.5.0c installed and have been asked to upgrade it to 4.5.0f. So I downloaded the Upgrade Package but when I try to install it using the Upgrad Wizard in the Admin Panel, it won't let me as I continuously get the following error message:
"Specified directory '' for zip file 'C:\Programmi\sugarcrm-4.5.0c\htdocs\sugarcrm/cache/upload/SugarOS-Upgrade-4.2.1-to-4.5.0f.zip' extraction does not exist. "
Even if I unzip the file, I still get this message. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong (apparently yes).
I have also tried to just install the Sugar Open Source Patch 4.5.0f, but I get the same error message.

You are using the migration file instead of the patch file.

You should try with the patch which is here http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/download/sugar-suite.html

Look for the patch: Sugar Open Source Patch 4.5.0f

It would be more helpful if you can provide the screenshots of the error page.

ok, I downloaded the zip file and tried to upload the upgrade, but unfortunately I got the same error message again. I attached the screenshot this time. I am sure I am uploading the correct file...

II had the same problem when I moved to 4.5.1. I found that it was a permissions issue on the web server. I oppened up writing on the web and directory and that did the trik.
