Hello,

I'm quite new to sugar and I'm wondering if I'm misunderstanding how associating email with a record works.

When I receive a new email I import it into sugar and associate it with the lead or contact. But when I reply to that email, the reply isn't associated with the contact. So when I go view the contact's history I can only see the messages that came from that contact, not what I replied.

Is that the way it is supposed to work? Am I replying from the wrong place. I'm using the mail app.

Any insight would be helpful.
