I am trying to use HTML to pull contact information into emails in Sugar. This worked at one point but when our company upgraded to Sugar 5 it no longer works. the idea is that we would like to automatically pull a contact's name and other pertinent information into an email template so that we can send out a mass email without the downside of it looking like spam or being impersonal (or any more impersonal than email already is . ) Any one who can help me would be great. below I have copied and pasted a copy of what was working and now no longer does.
