    Default Help uploading module Zucker docs

    I am on a shared server, and believe my file size iupload from php page is limited, so I am stuck
    When i try to upload, it times out and the screen turns white.
    I tried max_file_size and some other parameters in htacces and php.ini, but I believe it is lockd down at the isp.

    Is there a manual way with FTP to place the 17+meg zucker docks module and install it?

    Thank you so much for your help!

    Rick

    My problem is solved. I have very good webhosting support, and after trading a few emails,
    they over-rode the php upload file size limit and placed the module in sugar for me.
    Here is my email to my hosting provider........ Good luck. If they won't do it switch providers, because Zucker Rocks!
    Now I have a useable program I can report out of.

    Dear support:

    The problem is your upload_max_filesize, and max_execution_time are limited. as an end user, I can not change them.

    According to the tech note in your knowledgeable:
    "PHP has been configured to use the following settings on our servers:

    safe mode = off
    memory_limit = 40M MAXIMUM
    max_execution_time = 30 MAXIMUM
    post_max_size = 10M MAXIMUM
    upload_max_filesize = 10M MAXIMUM
    enable_dl = Off

    So if you can overide these settings it should import fine.
    Even if the change is made for you temporary, you will be able to upload the file.
    -----------------
    my isp did it for me with these instructions
    --------------------

    The module is zuckerReports.. It is here as it is too big to email to you:
    http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/downlo..._CORRECTED.zip

    Login to http://www.put_your_domain_here/sugarcrm

    Username admin
    Password admin

    Click on admin at the very top.
    Click on Module Loader in the 2nd panel
    Click on Install From Local File (tab at top of page, above VISIT SUGAREXCHANGE)
    Browse to the file you downloaded above, and click on upload.

    The file should then show up under the tab install from Sugar Exchange.
    (I can take it from there).

    Thanks again for the above and beyond support!
