Help using SugarCRM Studio

Hi,

I am newbie here and I need help on how to use studio on SugarCRM.
Is there any manual that I can use to teach myself?

I would like to create an online form where you can put the payment details, customer details and any other details in the form.
I managed to add label and text field also create dropdown menu, checkbox, etc.

However, I can't find the way on:
1. how to add subheading (which is the text only).
For example:
Payment (heading)
Payment type (sub-heading)
.....the content.....
2. how to add multiple entries in one row.
For example:
call made on on (date textfield) by (textfield)

Please advise.
