Hi Everyone, would be very grateful if someone can help me with a problem i have with the History module.
I am new to Sugar as have just been handed the responsibility to iron out the issues we are having and would like to have some advice, probably a very easy one to start with.
We use the History module to record notes of phone calls we make and record the history of contact we have with our members. What we find though is in the view summary section the notes are not sorted into chronological order, this makes it very difficult to track the contact between members and to update the account, we are transferring over from Act 7 which does this very well. Has any one else experienced this problem and if so how do you resolve it.
Also in relation to this, is it possible to collate the notes / activities from when the account was a lead, currently any converted lead's notes and activities still stay in the lead module.
