HELP: Warning: Please upgrade Studio Files using the upgrade in the administration pa

Please could someone advise me as to how to get rid of the following Warning msg:

Warning: Please upgrade Studio Files using the upgrade in the administration panel

I'm a newbie and am not sure what to do. i've realised that i have to upgrade the Studio Files in order to Create Custom Fields.

OS: Windows 2k
Sugar Suite: Version 4.5.0f (Build 1202)

I hade the same problem... it'easier tha I thought. GHo to the repair section in Admin panel and click Repair Studio. It worked.
