help with WebToLeadCapture

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone had ideas to try and troubleshoot some issues we're having with WebToLeadCapture. We created the lead form easily but when submitted all we get is an error on the page:

"We are sorry, the server is currently unavailable, please try again later."

(directed at index.php?entryPoint=WebToLeadCapture ). The testing form has no changes from the form created by Sugar. At first we thought it was a permissions error but I can't find where that could be and the only hint I've gotten from web searches is that it could be related to config changes we have to make for WebToLeadCapture.php.

Unfortunately multiple old threads point us to SugarCRM Knowledge Base which no longer exists and all of the knowledge base articles only talk about creating a page and going through the process in Sugar. I have yet to find anything for config changes that need to be made on the shell level before it'll work. We're using CE 6.1.4 and let me know if you need any more info.

I am also getting the same error message when submitting the Web To Lead Form.

Has anyone got a solution to this?
