Help with word plugin

HI purchased the Word / Outlook plugin 4.5.1 for my install of Sugar 4.5.1.

I'm running Office 2003 on Windows XP
The plugin for Outlooks works great.

I open up Word 2003,
Open my SugarCRM oonnection, enter the user name and other credintals to access my server where Sugar is installed on.
I choosed to 'Define' template.
The only "Master" module I can choose is "Accounts". How can I choose fields for my Contacts or Leads?

Any help on this would be great, looking at the instructions, for the Plugin, I'm under the impression this should be the case, but there's no explanation on how to gain access to Contacts or Leads for the tempates that you want to define.
