Hi,
i want to create a worklow for Opportunities which are over the expected close date but still ongoing in sales stage.
Example:
Opportunity Expected close date is 25.11.2008 and Sales stage is Proposal/Price Quote
the user need to change the sales stage to won or lost or need to change the Expected close date.
With an automatic email i want to remind the user that he have something to do with that Opportunity.
Any ideas on that. Canīt find out how to set up.
