Here's another one campaign related...
This is a customer of us. Email campaign is set up correctly everything is running fine. All of a sudden the sending stops and a couple of 100 emails are sitting in the queue with status "in progress" and one send attempt.
A call to the provider reveals the reason: They are just letting 300 mails through every 15 minutes. Basically no problem if this was known BEFORE. Now the emails are blocked and nothing moves anymore (this is a live campaign and fairly important).
Now I know what to do and fixed the problem but what's the solution if one doesn't have a "backdoor"?
