    Lightbulb hi folks.. need some help..

    Hi the PBX system is under development in my company... i would like to know more about call barging and how it exactly it works in SUGARCRM... if u could send me the code example it would be greatly thankfull. Does anyone know about the integration about this system onto a microchip. If anyone has any info anout such developments please send me the links or contacts of such personell.

    Sorry - but sugarcrm does not include an integrated phone system - it's purely a customer relationship management system. It might be that you've come here via an integration package with a pbx system like asterisk or voiceRD, in which case, call barging question would probably be best asked on their sites or maybe in the module forum for the sugarforge asterisk module. I don't mean this to sound like a brush off, but sugar itself has no functionality that could be used for monitoring and barging calls so that part would probably be dealt with by the phone system side of any integrated installation.
