Hide 'Active' status entry withing a html select on mass update for Users module

Hello people, how are you? i have integrated sugar within an application, and I need to disable users from this application and not from sugar

What can i do to hide the 'Active' status from the select on mass update within the users module?

I believe that all of the mass update stuff is handled in the /include/MassUpdate.php file.
You'll need to go in and do some logic / hacking in there.
