Hide fields dependent on dropdown value

Hi guys
I would like my accounts page to hide certain fields depending on the value that I choose on the first dropdown.

Any suggestions?

Is this in CE or PRO and what version?

It is in version 4.5.1

Its not going to be possible in 4.5.1, well it's possible but it would require more code than we can go into in a forum post. I am sure someone could write it for you (it would be a big project though) but its much easier in the 6.x versions to do this.

The problem is that 4.5.1 still relies on static HTML pages that cannot be altered in an upgrade safe way. You would not only have to alter the HTML template files but you would also have to alter the PHP scripts that create those files or you will have to reedit all the files everytime you change anything.
