Hiding "every" lead from end users

Hello!

I searched around but was unable to find the answer i was looking for or maybe it's there and I am just not reading it correctly.

I have an admin account set up with various leads tied to the admin account. I set up another account this morning and would like that account to only see the leads that are assigned to it, not every lead in the system. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Well, I'm not sure what version you are in but in Sugar Pro, there is a team & role feature.
You can create a role and do exactly what you are looking for.

thanks.....I was looking at that before but never went to the "create role" page...duh!!!
