Is there a way to do an archive history function ?

If history for one contact becomes a 1000 entrys but fir this year it is only 50. you want to see the 50 but not lose the other, but have them in an archive history somewhere?

Try to customize the history list query
That means add some condition with this query. You can customize the history

ok. Could you add a checkbox then with lets say. show all history then it will show archive , nless just where date_entered =>curdate()-365
