History create form in subpanel dissapeared

Hey there,

I have a problem in Opportunities module History subpanel. When "Create Note or Attachment" button in subpanel is clicked, no form for creation appears.The view image is attached.

Maybe i have lost some file? Any ideas?

Did you change anything into subpaneldefs?
Can you provide the subpameldefs of Opportunities module?

yes, i've made some changes - i made the contacts' subpanels' create button hidden and removed some of the unnecessary subpanels. Should it have influence to history subpanel?

Hi, wica.

I saw you modified the core subpaneldefs.php of Opportunities.
It is a better idea to create an extended subpanel for this purpose.
If you restore the original subpaneldefs.php the button work again?

Unfortunately, after taking back the original subpaneldefs.php, nothing changes - the create button doesn't work.
