history module missing

Hi Guys,

All help so far is appriciated and im getting to grips slowly but surely.

my newest problem is simple i hope...

on the admin account i have customised the accounts moduale heavly and creaded a few sub modules, I have figured out how to hide specific modules from non admin users how ever the history module is missing for sales staff and i need them to have this to upload contract docs... i cant seem to find out how to provide them access to this tho.

PS im backing up everyso often, how do i instigate a backup if i need to?

The history subpanel is related to activities module. Please take a look in the tabs and subpanels manager under admin area iand check f the activities subpanel is hidden or not.
