Home page blank

Hi everybody,

I am using Sugar CE 5.2.0l (FastStack) and suddenly yesterday the home page of every user went blank. For precision not completely blank: top menus and left side bar are still present, only the central part is completely empty (see the attachment).

In /opt/sugarcrm-5.2.0k/php/etc/php.ini, the parameter "memory_limit" is settled to "256 M"...

The strange thing is that everything worked well for months and then yesterday the Home pages went all blank, without doing upgrades or restores or similar...

Any ideas?

Hi logicasrl!

Maybe, you had a bad permission for SugarCRM folder.
Try to change it.

Indeed it was a matter of permissions (even if I cannot explain why the permissions changed or what changed them...):
I've executed:
cd /opt/sugarcrm-5.2.0k/htdocs/sugarcrm
chmod 664 config.php config_override.php sugarcrm.log
chmod -R 775 cache custom data modules

and then restarted Sugar and everything is now OK again.

I had a similar problem that just happened after the upgrade and that gives me a blank when I try to edit the user preferences of any user including editing "My Account" I tried the chmod above but it did not fix things.
