Hello, I'm using Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049) and the home page is showing all opportunities, calls, leads, etc. for all sales reps. Is there a way to only display only "my" leads, calls, etc.?

When I click on edit and choose my name, it still shows everybody elses leads, etc.

Hopefully I have explained this well. Any help would be appreciated.

No, it's already check marked but still showing everyone else's leads. When I double click on the lead, call, etc. it shows who it is assigned to..that person is not me.
