Homepage Layout Won't Save

I had this issue the other month, and fixed it with tech support rather easily. But for some reason it happened again yesterday, and I don't remember the fix.

What happens is, when you move, remove, add, or alter the MySugar Tab on the Homepage. Then Logout and back in, it reverts back to the default layout undoing all of my changes.

I already quick repaired all modules, made sure users are allowed to change layout, and deleted the cache. No progress so far. But I remember the fix for this being easy.

Try going to your My Account page, and click the Reset to Default Homepage button. This will reset your home page dashlets to the system default. Then try to customize your homepage again and see if that works..

No dice. Think it may have something to do with permissions i'm not certain though.
