Yes, it is possible to do that.
When you install Sugar, it will prompt you for an address for the installation. You'll want to enter the computer's IP address as seen by the other computers on the network when prompted for that info. The other users will then simply use that URL in their web browser and should be able to access it.
The mistake many new users make in these type of setups is that they configure their install to use a URL such as http://127.0.0.1/sugarcrm or http://localhost/sugarcrm which is essentially telling the computer to look on its own hard drive for the files, etc. That'll work on the machine upon which you initially did that install, but it won't on the others because they don't have any of the requires files.
