Hosting & Config Question

Hi, I'm currently using OS Sugar with on a shared host (siteground). I've gotten good at customizing and modifying for a non-programmer and have setup numerous custom fields. I'm in desperate need of reporting, specifically Opportunity reporting and being that I'm on a shared server that doesn't run Java - the reporting options are none (that I've found). The only option I've found is to extract data from database via ODBC and create my own (I'm a finance guy and writing SQL is not my cup of tea ). The company I work for has a dedicated hosted windows server that is very underutilized so I thought about setting up Sugar MSSQL on it. Since it's our own server I assume I can get Zucker or Jasper reporting setup since we should be able to add java or whatever. Is this my only option to get the reporting I need other than upgrading to Pro or Enterprise (which I may end up doing)?

I guess my followup question (bump) would be are there any SugarCRM hosts out there that will run my OS Sugar on a server with java and allow me to upload modules that use Java like Zucker? I'm wanting to convert.
