the hosting restrictions are set by whoever is hosting your instance. So you would need to contact your hosting provider to determine the storage restrictions.
Different hosting providers have different packages, so if you are looking for increased bandwidth or more space, you could ask your current hosting company about their options, or shop around at others that might better meet your needs.
