I have some users opted-out while testing. How can I start sending emails to them again.
If you're using an email campaign, go to their record (lead, contact, target, etc. depending on what they are) and edit the record. The email in the record should have a button called 'opt out' that currently should be checked you can uncheck and it will opt them back in.
If you're using a newsletter campaign, go to the suppression list of the newsletter campaign, find their email, and remove it. You may or may not have to re add them to the default or test list; I can't remember.
