how to active navigation tab

module builder,I have created a package and add a module,but ,I do not select navigation tab .deploy this package and install other sugarcrm instance.I setup this module,such as build relationship with account,and customize field.now ,i hope,this module can navigation,but ,i do not hope uninstall it,there is a good methord? thanks.

Did you click deploy?

or, if you did, goto admin>configure tabs and make sure that it's in the list of available modules (left hand column)

yes,I clicked deploy button, there is no module's name at admin>configure tabs at all.
