How to add contacts from an account (or series of accounts) to a target list?

I haven't found any recent threads or solution on this...

I have a number of account that I can select doing an advance search (for example belong to a certain industry) and I want to add all the contacts that belong to this account to a target list. Anyway I can do that without having to much with the code?

Do your search, select the contacts (or all), select action and add to targetlist ...

Can I search contacts for a property of the accounts they belong to? I haven't been able to find a way to do this either (For example: search all contact where account industry = electronics)

just verifying that this works in Version 6.2.1 (Build 6405)!

just add the lines to the above mentioned your_sugar/custom/modules/Leads/logic_hooks.php and upload UpdateTargetListAutomatically.php to your_sugar/custom/modules/Leads/

and the leads captured through your webform will automagically show up as leads on the target list for your newsletter
