How to Add the multiple email field of Lead module in a custom module?

Hi everybody,

I am new to SugarCRM.
I am working on SugarCRM Community edition Version 5.0.0a (Build 3120)

I am trying to add the multiple email field of Lead module in a custom module,but i can not find any facility to do that.
i.e. trying to add/copy the multiple email field (which allows adding of multiple email idsone by one by clicking a 'Add address' button) in a custom module which i have made.

Is there any way to do this?

It is urgent.Please guide.
