You certainly can. While you are in Module Builder creating the module, go to the Relationships page to add a relationship to the Accounts module. This will create a subpanel under the Accounts module for your custom module, as well as create a subpanel under your custom module for Accounts. Within the subpanels, you can relate existing records to each other, as well as create new records to be related to your records.

I tried. It didn't work for me.
First question would be did you redeploy? Probably you have.![]()
Second, go into module loader and see if you're module is waiting to be installed. I've had lately where I've had to go in there and run the install. It's not been consistent so I haven't filed a bug but if that happens to you it might be bug time.
